Site Plan for The Sunken Fleet of 1758

This is the site plan for The Sunken Fleet of 1758 shipwreck preserve. There are seven 1758 sunken bateaux and a replica bateau that was installed in 1997. The replica bateau was built in the 1990s by educator Ted Caldwell's students from Bolton, Minerva, and Newcomb, New York schools. The seven historic bateaux wrecks were listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1992. The shipwreck preserve, which opened in 1993, was the first of its type in the Empire State, and is administered for the State of New York by the Department of Environmental Conservation.
