Artifacts in Danger: Tea Pot
The site map grew and improved with each new piece of information while artifacts in danger of theft were carefully recovered for conservation.

The swivel gun and cauldron recovery was done in the same manner as the recovery of the cannon. Nylon straps were fastened around each piece and they were directly lifted out of the water. The final map was created in the field with the teams adding their drawings each day so that if corrections were needed, they could be taken care of on the next working day. Although modifications had to be made due to the looting of the site, the original research objectives were met.
